Dr. B.V.C. Mahajan, Director, Punjab Horticultural Postharvest Technology Centre were conferred with ‘Samman Patra’ by Chetan Singh Jauramajra, Minister of Horticulture, Punjab at Civil Secretariat, Punjab on 17th of October, 2023 for outstanding contributions in the field of Horticulture. Dr Mahajan has contributed to the development of ‘On-Farm cold room’ which has been successfully adopted by farmers of Punjab State.
