Ms. Gurwinder Kaur from Sangrur
District has successfully completed training on "Packaging and Quality Analysis
of Fresh and Processed Food Products" from 10th October to 8th
December, 2022. In the training she was trained with practical aspects of
microbiological, physical, biochemical and elemental analysis in various types
of fresh & processed foods viz. fresh cut guava, papaya, fig jam, fig bar, fig
squash, drying technique for curry patta and storage studies of garlic.
