Punjab Horticultural Postharvest Technology Centre has released Hand book on "Postharvest Handling and Marketing of Fruits and Vegetables" in its 39th Meeting of General Body / Executive Committee held on 20-3-2018 at Mini Secretariat, Chandigarh under the Chairmanship of Sh. Viswajeet Khanna, Additional Chief Secretary (Development)-cum-Chairman, PHPTC. The Chairman and members of Executive and General Body of PHPTC appreciated the efforts of scientists in compiling the useful information pertaining to postharvest management, packaging, storage, value addition and marketing of horticultural crops for the benefit of farmers, entrepreneurs and other stakeholders.
